In a 1 p.m. case management hearing, Judge London Kite could grant bond for Gardner. In an hours-long pre-trial hearing last week, those close to Gardner testified the kids she shared with Bridegan want to see her. The defense is arguing statements made by the prosecution are hearsay.Those statements include claims that Gardner benefited the most from her ex-husband's death, allowing her to gain custody of the kids and to fully inherit her trust.
