As recent as last month, the Let's Be Clear podcaster accused Kurt of delaying the legal process to avoid paying her the $15,434 per month in spousal support and $140K in legal fees she had requested. The former couple - who owned a vacation home in Texas - had settled the terms of their divorce with Doherty receiving the Malibu residence, various cars, and a Salvador Dalí painting.In April, the Charmed alum claimed Iswarienko had informed her he'd 'been carrying on an affair' with his agent Collier Grimm 'for two years' right before her 2023 brain surgery, but he claimed they'd already be en 'living separate lives' for those years.
