In fact, all of the animals up for adoption Saturday are spayed or neutered, had all their shots, and have been assessed for both medical condition and temperament, and mircrochipped."We have fully sponsored animals. So they are zero to adopt! Zero dollars to adopt!"You'll still have to fill out an application to make sure you're the right person for the pet.
