The shear line will bring cloudy skies, scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas while the northeast monsoon will also bring rain to the rest of Luzon, PAGASA reported.
Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, Visayas, Caraga, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the shear line with possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of CALABARZON, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, and Bulacan will have cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact.
The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. The wind speed forecast for the whole country is moderate to strong moving in the northeast to east direction with moderate to rough coastal waters.
