Alan Shearer has recalled how he once told a young Newcastle player to 'f*** off' for trying to take a penalty ahead of him.
The German international needed just one more goal to get a hat-trick against Leeds United, leading Haaland to give him the ball.that his assigned penalty taker had not taken the kick - something that could have backfired with the match finishing 2-1. The Newcastle forward scored 260 times in the the top flight during his career and the striker showed exactly how ruthless he was when recalling an incident with a teammate.
