Celebrity friends were quick to comment as Fearne Cotton immediately responded: "Congratulations lovely," with several black heart emojis and a red kissing emoji.
Denise Van Outen added: "Congratulations," followed by a blue heart emoji, while Lucy-Jo Hudson echoed: "Ahhh massive congratulations xxx".
