Shetland is making a comeback as the countdown commences until season nine debuts after a year-long wait.
Shetland season nine is on the way with a Tosh having to confront a “personal” case but when will the latest outing begin?
There was concern the show may not survive after the departure of actor Douglas Henshall as DI Jimmy Perez in series seven but thankfully is still thriving with Ashley Jensen as DI Ruth Calder at the reins. The new episodes will then be dropped on BBC iPlayer shortly after airing on BBC One for fans to catch up on whenever they choose.
