Shocking video footage has shown a reckless motorist driving on the wrong side of the road towards oncoming traffic in Fife .
The driver of the vehicle can also be seen driving across a white arrow on the road that is pointed in the opposite direction. Police confirmed they are investigating the dangerous driving incident.Inspector Cheryl Young said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or captured it on dash-cam to come forward.
