Shoppers rave over £20 Dunelm heater that costs 17p to run and 'heats room within minutes'
As the UK's latest cold spell continues to grip the country, many of us will be looking for ways to stay warm for cheap. From blankets to hot water bottles, there have been numerous cost-effective methods doing the rounds. But one particular heater has gotten lots of people talking.
Better still, the heater only costs 17p per hour to run. A description of the device on the Dunelm website reads: "Easy to carry and packed in recyclable material, this 500W ceramic plug in heater has an a power indicator light and LED display, making it visible in the dark."Perfect for keeping your preferred set temperature in any room of the house. With two fan speeds, both low and high, this PTC heater also has a 1-12 hour timer and PTC heating element.
Susan wrote: "Bit sceptical at first . However i am impressed they are great little plug in heaters. I use one in my small kitchen which heats up quickly. My second one heats my landing area. Highly recommend for 17p per hour. Good investment."
