The Basic with Ads tier, meanwhile, is actually set to become a little better in some ways. Currently, it's also capped at 720p, but and you'll be able to watch on two devices at once. In exchange, you'll have to sit through roughly four minutes of ads per hour and Netflix with Ads won’t let you download shows for offline viewing.
