Property developer Morris Property has commenced work on a new project on the north side of Shrewsbury town centre.

Development of the new unit on a former storage yard implements the planning for a larger scheme totalling 52,000 ft² of new commercial space in modern, energy-efficient units with construction to be phased over several years. Breaking ground at the site marked a personal achievement for Morris Property’s Conor Roberts, who has been appointed as Assistant Site Manager for the project.
