Dallas police are asking for the public's help in locating an 88-year-old woman who's been missing since June 10.
Dallas police and loved ones are asking for the public's help in finding an 88-year-old woman who went missing early last week.
“I think most folks would just describe her as the mom you never had,” Myrtle Polk’s son, Philip Polk, said. “I like to say she has about 40 adopted daughters as part of her church family.” “It is definitely out of character for my mom to drive anywhere at night,” Polk said. “So that was an indication we thought something might not be right.”Philip Polk said he's not letting his mind wander into what-ifs. His mother has early-onset dementia and he thinks that may be affecting her.
