Ominous news for BGT fans
Britain’s Got Talent has always had one thing at heart – butMedia mogul Simon is getting ready for the latest series of BGT, which kicks off this Saturday, and has learned the hard way through auditions that finding someone with that special ‘something’ just isn’t as easy as it used to be.. ‘If we find two great acts per season, I’d say we’re doing above average.’
However, despite the hardship, Simon reckons he’s managed to pull it out of the bag, and added: ‘I do believe we’ve found some extraordinary talent this year. But we’ll have to see whether the viewers agree.’Simon will be reuniting with fellow judges Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon for a new series of the talent show spectacular.
The show’s premiere will also mark the return of Ant McPartlin on our screens after a one year absence caused by a drink driving charge that occurred last March. Ant was in the midst of filming last year’s BGT when he crashed his car after driving in Chiswick – but his long-standing co-star Dec reckons everything has gone ‘back to normal’ on the show.after he found out he and his dance crew had made it through to the semi-finals.
