SIMON Cowell's incredible weight loss shocked Britain's Got Talent viewers during the first live semi-final tonight.5
Simon showed off his trimmer physique in an unbuttoned white shirt as he sat alongside his fellow judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.He replied: "Thanks, I've been on a diet". Another added: "Simon looks amazing" while a third tweeted: "Simon Cowell has lost so much weight!!!" Last month, Simon told The Sun he has swapped sausage rolls, hamburgers and his favourite jam tarts for steamed veg and a vegan diet.
