The talent judge shared an exclusive message with Liverpool ECHO readers
The 64-year-old is renowned for his incredible eye for talent as he has launched the careers of acts such as One Direction, Little Mix and Leona Lewis. He is now on the lookout for the next big thing as he is conducting a nationwide search for a new boyband.

It's Simon Cowell here. I can't wait to visit Liverpool on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 July for my new boyband auditions.
"This could be life-changing and I hope to see you there. Or just turn up." Simon hopes to go back to basics with his latest search as the audition process will not take place in front of crowd.
