Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens might be one the biggest sports power couples of our time. The Olympic gold medalist and the NFL player started dating at the start of the pandemic in 2020, and tied the knot on April 22, 2023. They were in a long-distance relationship since shortly after their wedding in Cabo, Mexico, the 26-year-old gymnast said on TODAY Sept. 7. “Unfortunately, we’re actually long-distance and we started long-distance like less than a week we married,” she said.
Vogue posted footage from the ceremony in Cabo San Lucas with nearly 150 guests in attendance. Biles also posted photos of her own to her Instagram story, including pictures from the morning of her wedding day, in which she donned a white satin PJ set trimmed with feathers.
