A 33-year-old single mother with three children became the latest to benefit from the “Pabahay Handog” program of the Abra Police Provincial Office (PPO). ManilaBulletin
Police Lt. Col. Allan Guyguyon, deputy provincial director for Administration of Abra PPO, graced the groundbreaking ceremony for a small house the PPO will build for Roselyn under its housing project.
The ceremony was also attended by Police Major Daniel Pel-ey, chief of the Provincial Community Affairs Development Unit ; Police Major Allan Glenn Daria, acting chief of police of Tayum MPS; Sangguniang Bayan member Agustin Barbieto; Pastor Gerard Bigornia of the 1st Bible Baptist Church; Municipal Engr. Ar-bi Arciaga; and Barangay Kagawad Ronilo Gandeza.
Guyguyon led the laying of the time capsule signifying the start of the construction of the new Pabahay project made possible through donations from Abra PPO police officers, Advocacy Support Groups, and other stakeholders.“Our house is made of light material and is patchy, which I can't take care of because I live alone with my children. Thank you very much for the help that this blessing has given us,” said Siobal.
