Liv Conlon, a 26-year-old single mother who left school after facing bullying, has achieved remarkable success by launching two businesses that have generated seven figures in revenue. Her latest venture, StagerBoss, empowers women to establish their own property staging companies, following the success of her first company, ThePropertyStagers, which she launched at 16 and turned over £1 million by the age of 18.
A 26-year-old single mum who dropped out of school after being badly bullied is celebrating after the second business she runs turned over seven figures last year. Liv Conlon, who launched property staging firm ThePropertyStagers when she was just 16 and made £1million before she hit 18, is also behind a company called StagerBoss.
At 16, Liv was a straight-A student who was bullied relentlessly by her classmates. She was also called “crazy” by her teachers when she told them her plan to leave school before her final year to launch an interior design company with no funding. “It was a pretty scary thing to do. I really could have gone on to do anything I wanted at university, so when I put to the school that I wanted to leave before my final year, they called me into the careers office and sat me down and said 'are you crazy, why are you leaving school when you have the opportunity to do anything you want?'.
In 2023, Liv, who now lives in Marbella with son Cash, her mother Ali, and their dog Kevin, had the idea to teach other women how to set up their own property staging business - sharing with them the strategy for what worked for them. StagerBoss is already a massive success, with its best month generating over £110,000 in revenue. Ali plays a key role in the business as the head coach, mentoring women and sharing the lessons she’s learned alongside Liv.
