Darren Pollock vanished without any money or a mobile phone at around 8.20am on Thursday, August 29, and police believe he may have gone into Pollok Park.
The heartbroken sister of an extremely vulnerable Scots man who has been missing for nearly two weeks is begging anyone with information to come forward. Darren Pollock vanished without any money or a mobile phone at around 8.20am on Thursday, August 29.
"He has suffered from severe psychosis, schizophrenia and he's autistic. We have managed this for a family for the last 20 years - however in the last few years his mental health has deteriorated and he has been going out for long walks for a couple of hours. Jax, who works for Octopus Energy, said: "Police have said they have checked CCTV and they can't find footage of him leaving the park at the moment. He would very rarely walk on main streets and is likely to be off the beating track.

He would do anything for anyone. We just hope that someone catches a glimpse of him or if they can think back to somewhere where they might have seen him.
“Enquiries carried out suggest that he may have gone into Pollok Park and we would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen him there, or anywhere else in the area, to please get in touch.
