The winger is Aberdeen’s second most expensive signing and he paid back a large chunk of that fee. His pace is his biggest asset and adds another dimension to the Reds. There is no doubt if this had been last season then there would have been boos at the interval and continual grumbles in the later stages. Queen’s defended well and when they were breached keeper Cal Ferrie did well. His pick of the first-half saves was to keep out a header from Pape Habib Gueye.
