Six by Nico currently runs two successful spots on both Argyle Street in Finnieston and Nithsdale Road in the Southside, providing a signature dining experience with a new six-course concept menu introduced every six weeks.
It has now been revealed that a third Glasgow eatery will open at 358 Byres Road on Monday, February 27 with access to bookings available from next Tuesday. In a video posted on Facebook last night, restaurateur Nico Simeone said:"Hey guys, I can't wait to bring Six by Nico to Byres Road at the end of February.about the growth of his business, which has seen sister branches opened in Edinburgh, Belfast, Liverpool and more, the Glasgow-born chef said:"I have this five, 10-year vision of where I can see the company going and what we can be.
