A 60-year-old man remains in a serious condition at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

Six people who were injured when a double-decker crashed into a railway bridge in Glasgow have been discharged from hospital, police have confirmed.The First Bus vehicle on the 4A route that had 11 passengers on board when the collision took place on Cook Street at 5.55pm on Saturday.

They have since been discharged. Four others were checked at the scene and have no reported injuries.Spike Turner was sitting near the front of the bus when it struck the bridge. Rail lines were suspended due to the collision with the bridge which is on the line between Glasgow Central and Cardonald, but reopened later on in the evening.A First Bus spokesman said on Saturday night: “We’re aware of numerous injuries, with one person being taken to hospital in an ambulance.
