The car park will be closed for three days from November 3-5

Hunter Community Health Centre multi-storey car park is to undergo six weeks of essential maintenance works from Friday, November 3.Alternative arrangements will be in place for patients to park in South Lanarkshire Council car park at the side of Hunter Health Centre.Get all the news from your area – as well as features, entertainment, sport and the latest on Lanarkshire’s recovery from the coronavirus pandemic – straight to your fingertips, 24/7.

Lynn Yule, operational service manager at Hunter Community Health Centre, said: “These essential works will take place from Friday, November 3 and will last for approximately six weeks. This is depending on the weather conditions.

“We are currently in discussions with South Lanarkshire Council and East Kilbride Shopping Centre to provide adequate parking for our staff and patients to ensure there will be minimal disruption during the period of the planned works. “The works will include repairs to the existing road covering and to increase drainage.
