They believe the potential reward outweighs the risk and that the plan secures the Jazz downtown for 30 years.Carolyn Rich-Denson, a season ticket holder, expressed excitement for the new hockey team.Jonathan Bush from Hooper, who attends 10 Jazz games a year, supports the idea.
The City Council's endorsement of the participation agreement with the Smith Entertainment Group for the Capital City Revitalization Project outlines how the city and SEG could use the sales tax revenue to develop a 10-block area around the Delta Center.
