SAN ANTONIO -According to the arrest affidavit the incident happened March 8 arund 8:30 p.m.
A suspect is behind bars after shooting another teen at a smoke shop and officials report that it was mostly caught on camera.
According to the arrest affidavit, the incident happened on May 8 around 8:30 p.m. at the Smoker's Alley smoke shop on the Northwest side. The suspect told the victim "I got that" and pulled a gun out of his pocket. Before the victim could retrieve his weapon from his pocket, the suspect grabbed the victim's right hand and held it as he shot the victim multiple times.The victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The suspect then fled the scene in a tan-colored sedan.
The affidavit states that the video caught the suspect pulling out his weapon outside the smoke shop, racking the slide, and chambering a live round.
