The weather has taken a chilly turn in recent weeks as we head into the depth of winter. But never mind the rain, wind and frosty conditions, it is the snow we are looking for, right?
And Glaswegians may not have long to wait for the white stuff this winter, with experts predicting snowfall within the week. WX Charts forecast states that Glasgow and the west will be blanketed with snow potentially falling from Tuesday next week - November 22. The forecasters estimate a large area of Scotland will see flurries of snow next week, with the wintry weather continuing throughout the rest of November in more northern areas.

Gambling.com also puts Glasgow at the top of the list when it comes to cities likely to see a white Christmas this year. As things stand, there is a 25 per cent likelihood Glaswegians will see their city blanketed in wintry weather on December 25.
