Utah Clean Energy on Wednesday opened its Climate Innovation Center, a building the organization hopes will serve as a beacon of a sustainable design and a carbon-neutral future.
<p>SALT LAKE CITY — From the outside,  Utah  Clean Energy's Climate Innovation Center may look like any other typical building.</p><p>But it reality is far from typical.
