NB Housing is expanding its social housing network across Northern Ireland

A Belfast social housing provider has celebrated its 10th anniversary as it looks to expand across Northern Ireland with 80 new homes currently being constructed.

There are also plans for a further 39 units that have been submitted to planning in Belfast and Lisburn. The new strategic plan will see a structural reorganisation, including the creation of a dedicated assets and maintenance section, an improved customer response unit, to ensure that tenants are receiving the best service possible. The strategy will also see a range of new roles created, to join the current team of 42 at NB Housing, the first of these roles in business improvement, finance and asst management will be open for applicants in the coming weeks.
