Thai soldier kills at least 20 in shooting spree livestreamed on Facebook
Sergeant Major Jakrapanth Thomma livestreamed the slaughter in Korat, 155 miles from Thai capital Bangkok. Thomma hijacked an army vehicle, shot an officer and soldiers, and sprayed a volley of bullets at civillians.
