A female member of the Philippine Army reportedly tried to bribe a traffic enforcer to get away with her apprehension for encroaching on the EDSA bus lane.
MANILA, Philippines —
Authorities towed the SUV to the impounding area of the Land Transportation Office along East Avenue in Quezon City.The DOTr did not disclose the identity of the female soldier as well as the license plate of the SUV. Former JacintoColor Steel executive Sissie Bongat and her husband have been charged with four counts of qualified theft before a Quezon City court.
