A TEAM from Cebu City’s Solid Waste Management Board has been barred from inspecting the private sanitary landfill in Barangay Binaliw, Cebu City, which has been the subject of complaints from nearby residents due to the stench. The landfill’s operator, Prime Integrated Waste Solutions Inc., reportedly did not allow the SWMB team to proceed with its inspection on Thursday, Aug.
