A DEVASTATED son found out on Facebook that his father had allegedly shot his mother and brother before turning the gun on himself.
Jeril Jacobson reportedly shot wife Kathy and son Chris at their home in Tomball, Texas, at around 10pm on Thursday night.The apparent killer’s other son James Jacobson was not at the home at the time of the slaughter, but saw posts about the shooting on social media.he woke up in the early hours of Friday to go to work, logged into Facebook and saw several shocking posts about the home where he grew up.In a panic, he said he raced to the home, arriving about an hour after police left.
Harris County SWAT officers surrounded the home and found the body of Jeril Jacobson — who James said is was in his early 50s — on the front lawn.And Kathy Jacobson, who had reportedly been shot once, was crouching under a parked pick-up, yelling she had been shot.
“My father may have been depressed and not very social,” he told the station. “My brother and dad, they just clashed a lot.”
