Sega unveiled the Sonic x Shadow Generations release date during Summer Game Fest, in a brand new trailer for the remastered game.
The latest trailer shows off more of the gameplay from the upcoming remaster before revealing that the Sonic x Shadow Generations release date is set for October 25, 2024. The game will launch on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
“Play as Shadow the Hedgehog in a brand-new story campaign featuring never-before-seen powers and abilities that prove why he’s known as the Ultimate Life Form,” reads the video’s description. “Sonic x Shadow Generations also includes a complete remaster of the classic hit Sonic Generations, featuring newly remastered versions of iconic 2D and 3D stages with upgraded visuals and new bonus content.
