Breaking: PlayStation Showcase returns next week. It will feature “a wealth of new games and new IP are headed to PS5 and PS VR2.”
“The show will run a bit over an hour, focusing on PS5 and PS VR2 games in development from top studios from around the world. Expect a glimpse at several new creations from PlayStation Studios, as well as spellbinding games from our third-party partners and indie creators,” according to PlayStation.2 on Sony’s roster. It’s likely that Wednesday’s show will reveal more of what PlayStation plans to release later this year.
This PlayStation Showcase kicks off several weeks of major video game showcases, which are taking place in the absence of the cancelled E3 2023 show., which is billed as the “global fan celebration of what’s next in video games”, will return for its fourth year with a live kick-off show on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Promising world premieres, live gameplay demos and announcements, the show will take place in front of a live audience at the YouTube Theater at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California.
