CHINA has a navy that is posing as fishing vessels to assert its dominance in the South China Sea.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said:"Due to the maritime situation, some fishing boats have been taking shelter from the wind near Niu’e Jiao, which is quite normal.While the Chinese Embassy insisted there is"no Chinese Maritime Militia as alleged".
