Japan's coast guard shared an assessment of the country's Defence Ministry that the missile had already landed but still urged caution for vessels passing the area.The launch came two days after North Korea reaffirmed its plans to launch several reconnaissance satellites this year in violation of multiple UN Security Council resolutions.
