‘Cones and Building Homes’ was commissioned by Persimmon Homes and written by author Chris Madeley. The book is part of a series in which cones discover the world around them.
Hundreds of primary pupils across South Lanarkshire are being given a free copy of a new children’s book, following a donation from homebuilder Persimmon West Scotland.
The books are being delivered to 12 primary schools across South Lanarkshire – from Cambuslang to Lesmahagow. “We are therefore delighted to receive these books from Persimmon Homes which will be a much welcome additional resource for our schools, staff and learners, adding to the teaching tools available.”
