The competition aimed to not only recognize artistic talent but also foster a love for the arts in young people. In addition to the student awards, art grants were presented to teachers from schools with winning entries to support their continued efforts in nurturing their students' artistic endeavors.Madellyn Fiedler, a vibrant 16-year-old junior at Tivy High School, emerged victorious with her captivating design.
The 18th Annual Battle of Flowers Cover Art Contest proved once again to be a vibrant platform for showcasing the artistic talents of South Texas high school students.
