"Community gardens, community spaces affordable homes, we're talking about tiny home community something like that," says Southside resident and landowner David Trevino.“What we want to do is for the community, and we're being completely shot down before we even start," says Trevino. “The Starbright agreement has been used in determining zoning outcomes and decisions that have taken place in all of the areas surrounding the Toyota plant,” says Martinez.
