The country will have fair weather as the southwest monsoon has weakened, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday.
'The country will have fair weather in the coming days particularly in Metro Manila as we see the southwest monsoon weakening,' weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said.He said they have not monitored any weather disturbance inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility .
The ITCZ, an imaginary line where the northern and southern air meet, will bring overcast skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Mindanao.Meanwhile, localized thunderstorms are affecting Metro Manila and the rest of the country where partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated downpour may prevail over the next 24 hours, the weather agency said.
