The youngest of the Spanish royals cut a stylish figure in a fitted, sleeveless black midi dress, which she paired with black ballet flats.
King Felipe looked particularly dapper this evening in a double-breasted, navy suit paired with a crisp white shirt, a pink, silk tie and black brogues. The awards aim to highlight, celebrate and promote the 'those scientific, cultural and humanistic values that form part of the universal heritage of humanity,' according to the official website.The heir to the Spanish throne appeared in high spirits as she received the honour from Mayor Alfredo Canteli at Oviedo City Hall.
