SPEEDBOAT killer Jack Shepherd has been moved to a high-security jail after he complained of being bullied by fellow inmates.was transferred for his own safety after being spat at and is “not cut out for prison life”.Shepherd, 31, has been convicted of manslaughter over the death of his date Charlotte Brown, 24Speedboat Killer Jack Shepherd is now locked up at HMP Woodhill near Milton Keynesafter spending a year on the run.
