Driving a mule car around the offices of an automobile publication probably isn’t a great way to hide a potential 2025 Porsche 911 992.2 Hybrid. Or is it?
isn’t far off. We were sent these spy shots of a test mule driving around our own offices and have some additional details from the clandestine eyes on the road photographer. There are some interesting details afoot in this road-going hybrid prototype, and here's what we know so far.The reason this 911 992.2 caught our photographer’s attention wasn’t the fact it was a black Porsche. That’s a common sight around our offices near Manhattan Beach and El Segundo in California.
With this tester being driven around town, we’re hoping it means our timeframe to see it matches what we’re expecting, which is later this summer. It now seems more likely there will be more than just higher performance hybrids with the new 911 lineup, if this spotting is anything to go by.
