Sprigg opened its doors at approximately 9 am on Wednesday, January 15th, and by lunchtime, a queue of hungry customers snaked out the establishment, eager to get their hands on the restaurant's signature dishes.Launched on Ingram Street in 2018 by entrepreneur Tom McDermott, Sprigg has established itself as a renowned purveyor of vibrant, single-ingredient whole foods.
