The Revenues and Benefits Shared Service in Lincoln and North Kesteven has played a key role in developing and delivering schemes to help mitigate these impacts. The report also provides a comprehensive breakdown of the Discretionary Housing Payments for the fourth quarter of 2022/23. In North Kesteven, 262 DHP applications were awarded, down from 343 in Q4 2021/22. Of these, 77 were for Housing Benefit and 185 for Universal Credit. The average DHP award was £351.42, a decrease from £394.34 in Q4 2021/22.
