The global hit Korean series “Squid Game” has reentered Netflix’s weekly Global Top 10 chart for the most watched shows and films.
“Squid Game” season 1 was released on Netflix in September last year starring Lee Jung-jae, Park Hae-soo, Wi Ha-joon, Jung Ho-yeon, O Yeong-su, Heo Sung-tae, Anupam Tripathi, and Kim Joo-ryoung.The show became the most popular series on Netflix, garnering 1.65 billion views in the first 28 days on the platform.
In announcing season 2 of “Squid Game” on June 13, director, writer and producer Hwang Dong-hyuk revealed the characters who will be back in season 2.
