EXCLUSIVE: Fans cannot wait for Stacey Solomon and husband Joe Swash's fly-on-the-wall reality show - but opening the doors of Pickle Cottage to the world may have its pitfalls...
Husband and wife team Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have become household names since rising to fame with their respective TV careers, and are now reportedly set to give fans an insight into their family life with a fly-on-the-wall reality show.
And as they prepare to fling open the doors of Pickle Cottage, an expert tells OK! why life on camera could have its pitfalls. “Opening your home to the world can be a risky move for any family. Having a camera crew following your every move can be very stressful - and a show like this puts you under public scrutiny,” says expert Lynn Carratt of Pressbox PR.
Stacey and Joe began dating in 2016 and became husband and wife on the grounds of their own home in 2022. The couple often share updates on social media and are known for being open on their respective profiles, where their children feature heavily. The pair have also spent the last three years renovating their stunning home, meaning it will certainly be camera-ready.
Plenty of celebrities have dived into the world of reality TV before Stacey and Joe, and it's proved quite the hit for many. But Lynn warns, “Sometimes they can wrong - Chloe Madeley and James Haskell split after their show Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair aired on ITV2.”
