The Instagram stars have shared their decision to step away from social media
Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch have lead stars in quitting social media in a bid to raise awareness for mental health.
Mrs Hinch posted a clip of her sweet dog Henry making his way up the stairs to his bed and wrote on top: “Don’t forget guys tomorrow is #digitaldetox I will 100% be supporting @zoesugg, @lush and @iamwholeuk on this amazing campaign”. “YOU are important. Have a wonderful weekend with your loved ones All the best, always” followed by a white heart emoji.
Stacey added: “I bought this yesterday… it’s a bath bomb @zoesugg has made to raise awareness and money for people struggling with their mental healthShe added: “Also… @zoesugg has organised a technology/social media free weekend this weekend to try and encourage people to switch off. “So this weekend I’m so proud and happy to be doing it for a very special reason” followed by a white heart emoji.
