STACEY Solomon suffered an awkward Instagram fail as she took a dip in a very hot bath and admitted she risked getting thrush.
She then filmed herself dunking her head under the water, admitting she thought that it would look cool.She took a dunk in the tub but was left with stinging eyesHowever, after emerging from the water, she said: "I was wrong. It was hot and my eyes are stinging no end. How do people make these things look good?"
On Tuesday night Stacey said she "freaks out" when she struggles to breathe during an anxiety attack and turns to tidying up as a relief.Stacey Solomon spoke to her fans about her anxiety on Tuesday nightnot being able to breathe properly, prompting her to turn to tidying her drawers and even cutting the core out of a carrot to help calm her."Do you ever try and get that full breath and you just can't get there? I can't get there - and it freaks me out.
She said: "Instead of my nightly Dime bar - I thought sugar is just going to make me worst so I'm going to have a carrot. And I looked at the carrot and I thought, this carrot has a centre bit to it.
