Fighting back tears, Darryl added: 'It was horrible because you didn't know... it's difficult to talk about. You didn't know where you were going. You took her to the hospital and you had to say goodbye, it was a challenging time. It was tough.' 'But to be able to now share it with the kids and just enjoy it. It is going to take a little while to just realise that we can.'
